Our Story

NextGen Structures and Multipurpose Services Ltd was founded to bring together creativity, technical expertise and quality workmanship under one roof — so clients no longer have to juggle separate architects, engineers and contractors for a single project.
We are a fully registered Nigerian company (CAC RC No. 8019187, RN No. 142100667) offering architectural design, structural engineering, land survey, construction and full project management services. From our offices in Enugu State, our team works with clients across the country — from first sketch, through approvals, to the final handover of a completed building.
